About TAV Houston
Established in 2015, TAV Houston has become the premier volleyball club in Houston, offering superior training and dedication to the student athlete. At TAV Houston, we pride ourselves on doing things the right way, the TAV Way.
The TAV WAY is what drives every decision we make. Beginning with our mission statement “TAV Houston is committed to providing elite level training to our athletes while instilling our core values in a positive environment to champion”, we developed pillars that our facility staff and coaches should continually reinforce during every interaction with our parents, players and peers.
TAV Houston has three principles that we teach to and reinforce within our organization. Integrity, Accountability and Teamwork.
InteGRITy
noun
1. The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
TAV Houston takes pride in this aspect of our business. Other clubs are known to run their club like a cut-throat business, most times at the detriment of their customer (young women). TAV Houston is deeply committed to running a successful our business at the benefit of every student athlete that walks through our door.
Accountability

1. An assurance that an individual or an organization will be evaluated on their performance or behavior related to something for which they are responsible.
We expect our coaches and student athletes to make mistakes. TAV Houston expects all stakeholders involved (Directors, parents, coaches, athletes, etc.) to hold themselves accountable for their actions.
Teamwork
noun
1. The combined action of a group of people, especially when effective and efficient.
Team over self is a critical factor in being a successful athlete both in club, and in college. When speaking to college coaches about our student athletes, one of the first questions we always get is related to what kind of teammate the player is.
